In the spirit of National Health Blog Post Month I am naming three songs that I can listen to that get me out of a low point or lift my spirits.
1. “Blackbird” by The Beatles (It is such a beautiful song)
2. “Hey Ya!” by Outkast (A great song to get your “Spin” on in the gym)
3. “Don’t Rain on My Parade” by Barbra Streisand in Funny Girl (Or Rachel’s version from Glee)
They are completely random but I love them for completely different reasons.
